Donald W. Hackett
Donald Hackett has thirty years of business experience in the technology, distribution, and health industries. He has created and deployed innovative marketing strategies, business models and technology solutions delivering measurable economic returns for both stakeholders and shareholders alike. Don has partnered with venture-backed companies, managed various M&A and completed numerous Private Placement Offerings and three Initial Public Offerings.
Since launching his career with IBM, Don's professional experiences encompass various marketing, finance and executive management responsibilities. Beginning in 1989, Don focused on the eHealth industry, working in executive capacities with companies such as 1-800-Therapist, Revolution Health, myDNA.com, 1-800-Doctors, drkoop.com and Physician Computer Network, Inc.
Within the eHealth 1.0 market segment, Don lead the operational growth of Physician Computer Network, Inc. (1989-1996), successfully deployed the first, FDA-approved, interactive advertising network; the first ambulatory ePrescriptions application and a leading IP based communications network integrating hospitals, payors and clinical laboratory connectivity generating over $150mm in annual revenues.
With the evolution of eHealth 2.0 in 1996, Don and his partners launched the first health search engine in 1996 (TradeWave.com), a personal medical records company in 1997 (Personal Medical Records, Inc.), and a leading consumer-centric eHealth portal (drkoop.com). Additionally, he has co-authored patents on Internet-based clinical trial recruitment, Internet-based drug interactions, and Safe Harbor compliant patient referrals.
Don holds a marketing degree from the University of Cincinnati and was a guest lecturer at the University of Texas (2003-05). Mr. Hackett has been married for twenty-eight years, has two daughters and a son in the US Coast Guard.

| Ashley Lehman
Ashley Lehman has spent the last 3 years focused on small-market companies with investments transactions of $5 to $50 million across a diverse range of industries including: healthcare, online publishing and eWaste. She has significant experience in valuation analysis (comparable companies, precedent transactions, discounted cash flow) merger and financial modeling including scenario analysis for different business, industry and economic conditions.
Ashley has worked with over 15 different investor candidates, facilitating their due diligence, internal documents, bank books and deal memorandums. Ashley first worked as an Analyst at Compass Capital Corporation, an Asset Management and Banking firm in San Francisco.
Ashley holds degree in Economics with honors and Communications with honors from the University of California, Davis where she was the captain of the women's tennis team.
